Casinacho Games

★★★★☆ 4.3 Editor rating

Casinacho Games is one of those bright little collections that hands you a grid of small challenges and lets you poke around until something clicks. Each mode is a self-contained puzzle or reaction task, and the whole thing is built around the idea that you might only have ninety seconds before your bus arrives. We tested it across a full week of coffee breaks and it fit that slot perfectly.

Controls are pure single-thumb taps and swipes, which means you can play one-handed while holding a coffee. The interface stays out of the way, and transitions between mini-games are quick enough that you never sit staring at a loading spinner. Battery use was gentle on both test phones — about eight percent over half an hour, and the device stayed cool.

What surprised us was how varied the little modes feel despite the shared art style. One asks you to match falling shapes, another is a memory drill, a third is a light timing challenge. None of them overstay their welcome. If you want something to fidget with rather than sink hours into, this is a comfortable pick.
